Hi! I’m Eden. I spend my life writing paranormal and fantasy romance books, playing in worlds full of dragons, demon hunters, and the occasional fairy tale. I believe dragons have gotten a bad rep through time, and I am determined to re-write their history. They are the ancient warriors in tarnished armor. They are the hunted guardians long since abandoned by the goddess who created them. They are the majestic warriors with slightly warped senses of humor who not only deserve the girl in the end, but will fight forever for her.

Normally, I’m the short, endlessly optimistic ball of sunshine, but over the last few years my optimism and energy have taken a nosedive. This blog started as my story, my journey through severe depression, PMDD, and ADHD, and my mom’s cancer diagnosis.

Then the grief.

And then, a few months ago, I was talking to my tribe of authors and realized that I am not alone. We all are, especially in the author community, where we often have no idea where to start, who to ask for help, and what resources we can trust. Because in the end, we’re all just trying to stay sane, right?
